Intuitive movement practice for women, aimed at contacting the needs that flow from our interior and embodying them by putting the body in motion. The practice is based on elements of yoga, stretching, Slavic women's gymnastics and intuitive dance. Before the classes, participants in a short meditation contact the intention with which they want to work, and then they are guided by movement to places in the body that need more attention at the moment. The practice takes place with music in the background and ends with relaxation in a lying position. We practice partly on mats, partly without them, barefoot or in socks, in a comfortable, loose outfit, e.g. leggings, tracksuits, trousers or a skirt to feel comfortable and feminine.
